Are you trying to connect with your pc or just doing it manually?

Do All The Lites Just Keep Flashing And Keeps On Beeping?...if so i had the same exact problem ...i called castle and they new right away that it was a "faulty programmer"so they sent me out a new one with a self addressed envelope to return the faulty one back to castle ...excellent customer service...so if you cant get it to calibrate ...i'm afraid your next move is to call castle tech....913-390-6939....hope this helps

Put new batteries in the radio, fresh charge on all cells in the truck, zero ALL trim adjustments on the radio and try again. I've got denied on setting up my Max a couple times simply because my trim adjustments were adjusted way to one side. Center all your trims, calibrate then adjust the trims again.

Hope that helps.

You can also try reversing your throttle switch. Generally that is the issue when mine wont calibrate.
