Default help with Mamba max

I just set up my new Mamba X and went out for a throttle test.
When it starts climbing, (1 foot) it moves 1/2" at a time with each beep, that is fine but then I loose power. for 5 sec. then comes back

Why loose power?

6 cell elite 4500
5995, 5955 servos
emaxx tranny
BM16 Brushless
72 spur
10 t pin

Proportional w/ Reverse Lockout
Brake amount 40%
Punch "100"
Drag Brake "60%"
start pwr "Low"

can't find my throttle curve and
unable to open pictures so I can't post any right now.
