| I say good job! Wood isn't flame resistant, so be careful. Can you charge slower than 1 amp? Your batteries will last a lot longer. |

| The smaller cells do best at half capacity charging or slower. So if they are 2100 cells, charge at 1 amp or slower. If you want the longest runtimes charge at .2 amps. |

| I have been charging my 2500mah AA packs at 1.5A. Should I back the rate off a bit? They get pretty warm but definitely not too hot to touch. |
