Thumbs up New Traxxas Waterproof Servos

Hey guys,

I'm sure I'm the last one to know about this as I am with everything but traxxas has a new waterproof servos and a new sealed radio box that come on the new Emaxx. The part number for the servo is 2056. I'm trying to dig up more info on them to see if they are plastic or metal geared. I'm guessing by the 29.99 pricetag they are plastic geared. (But I've been out of the RC game for quite a while) The part number for the sealed reciever box is 3924 and apparently the new EVX2 ESC (pn#3019) has been waterproofed as well but if it's not you could always go with the EVX2 Marine (pn#3015) Just some stuff I found while pokin around on the internet I figured my fellow crawlers would like to see.

It would be trick if the servo cases could fit the same elecs and gears as something popular, like an hs-645mg for example.

Weak.....and plastic gears.....too bad they didn't go one better. My Tmaxx steering servo was the first thing to get tossed out.
