Have you adjusted your endpoints? Doesn't sound like it.

I would adjust them down to like 10 or 15 and then work up from there.. They don't take long to adjust once you get it started, just be on the safe side and start super low..

The way I do it is:

1) Disconnect the servo horn, and make sure the 3rd channel switch is in the middle position
2) Turn everything on, and with channel 3 travel at 100% align the servo horn to the servo.
3) Turn down the travel to 20-30%, and lock down the dig collar on the shaft
4) Work one side (ie 4wd or dig lock) at a time and slowly increase travel to the desired engagement

Simple and always works

I would definately start out less than 50. There is very little travel from 4wd to locked.

I would start with the linkage unhooked at first till you get the amount of travel worked out.

Adjust the linkage to disconnect when in the middle position. Then use the EPA adjustments for locked and 4wd either positions 1 or 3 depending on where your servo reverse is set.

See my quote below which is ment to get the radio and servo adjust to have a 3 position r2d, with 4wd, fwd (mid position on radio), and dig lock.

It will take a few minutes to go through everything and set it up right. There is no magical way to just blindly adjust the radio to make it work. So, crack open a Dew/Beer/JD bottle/whatever your beverage of choice is, and slowly work the steps and tricks in this thread. Be for you know it, you'll have that R2D set-up like a champ.
