They are molded 4.65 on the tire itself. Doubt I could discern .65 from .75 inch even with a ruler. They fit the truck well and are of pretty soft compound. Even the foams aren't too bad. The rig just needs an ounce or two on the front axle.

Thanks! 1.75 inch would be almost 5 mm in metric which would have been noticable. Guess they will still look great on my TRX Land Rover and should work well with the CI foams. |

The difference would be .1 inch, not 1.75 inch, or 2.5mm. That's about an eighth of an inch. Or in the case of PitBull tires - WAY more.

My brain... It is too hot... 1.75 would be 44 mm Of course - 0.15 inch (4.6 to 4.75, which was, what I was guessing) is 3.8 mm... Or as it seems now 0.1 = 2.5. So it really doesnt matter xD Anyway. I should go and jump in the river to cool down. Last edited by GrimmTheTourist; 07-02-2019 at 09:14 AM. |

Whats the size of the big battery tray? Can you put a full 3d interior? If not, is it possible to install the battery tray in the back?

I can see where the square axle housing might bug some, but I guess that's their compromise for being able to flip the diff gear. There are several "Hard" pieces that I've been keeping an eye on, but I want to wait to see what the aftermarket comes out with. The panhard mount has flex to it, and that's one of the ones I'd like in metal. You could probably use a hoop made for the SCX10.2, but the orientation of where the panhard rod connects to the mount would be different from stock, and the panhard rod might need to be a little longer.

JRH seems like he's got a good sense of humor. I love some of the stuff he pulls off in his videos!

Does anyone know if the axial link mounts for the ar44 fit this axle? They seem to be very similar. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

i just want to know what is the problem with flex in the frame? unless you have a tube frame chassis any real car would flex too. if i lift my tacoma in one corner the doors dont close as well. when i had my civic i literally couldnt close the door when one corner was jacked up. and again for the panhard mount, the only way it could be broken is with a super hard hit or jump. it is only carrying the absurdly light weight axle, links, wheels tires when unloaded and when loaded there is basically no force on it becasue the shocks are taking all the force. there is no lateral force on the panhard unless it is max extension or max compression. can you feel a flexy chassis vs a stiff one in your controller? |

What, you dont like driving a car made of jello??? Yeah I would be interested in hard ae plastic hoops or aftermarket. Single shear stuff makes me worry too. Well not worry but... Yeah. Also waiting to see if anyone makes some bta brass knuckles. |

I just picked up mine the other night! I love this thing, it's my first time driving a scaler/crawler and I am pretty excited to take it more places. Not something you get to do often with race vehicles! Quote:
I think I'll start designing some printed parts for this thing, any requests?

Well, just broke a universal somehow... first pack too. I sent Element a DM on instagram, probably should shoot over an email too. I don’t think that should happen. Universal broke at the pin and the c hub scooted itself off the housing. |
