Default Little Help

Hello. I just completed the Enduro kit and it went pretty well. One thing that I am noticing is the front wheels/tires are slightly bowed out on both sides, ie the top of the wheels are pointing slightly inwards. I removed the hubs/wheels and the axles themselves seem to slant in that direction. I cannot find any adjustment point that would allow me to correct.

Anyone else have this issue? Sitting still it is slightly noticeable but driving it is clear.

BTW this is my first crawler build so it may be a silly question...Or just OCD.

Can you share any pics with the wheels off?

Sounds like you may have your C hubs on the wrong sides of the axle

Those are on the right sides from what I can see but you can try clocking them forward by a spline and see if that helps.

May be worth making sure the rod ends on the tie rod that go behind the axle aren’t over tightened. I didn’t build the kit, but if the manual has a 1:1 image of the link then you can just lay it on top of that to make sure the length is right.

I don't have an Enduro but I'd be surprised if negative camber wasn't built-in

Looks fine, How tall are those tires?
I’m running 4.13” and it’s not as noticeable, normal on this truck.

I have a trailwalker that does the same thing. I was concerned about it, but last night at our weekely competition, i looked at 4 other Enduro's and they were all the same.

Thanks for the information all. I am going to chock it up as a "feature", and will be sure to brag about my "camber" when I take it out...

Mine does the same thing, but to me it looks like the axle housing is bent. It's not a big deal, just looks weird.

Edit:

Must be the plastic parts.....I just installed the SSD metal parts and chamber is neutral now.
