I thought SORCA rules required a frame-mounted servo.

I think the on-axle servo mount was released purely to provide an option for custom builds using the Element axles...

Not an uninteresting idea given the "hard" versions of the housings being so cheap...

Stuff is coming out!

My Elem-End-Ero shipped yesterday... (shortened the name a bit, too dang wordy)
Any chance you could throw some links up for us to click and drool?

And thanks for the update on the wheel hex adapters! Been debating on those or SSD drum brakes.

Hex adapters are now available, can anyone confirm what size machined hardware is required, or are they included?

Ahh, its factory, might I suggest stock fasteners.

Not much info on them, I'm guessing no fasteners are included from the one picture they have and that they'll use machine screws either M2.5 or M3 as the stock fasteners are a course thread screw made for plastic.

Just a free tip. If you are going to upgrade to one of the optional hard plastic parts, as I did. Make sure you first thread a screw thread through the holes before you start mounting .... saves you a lot of stripped screws .... The hard plastic is really hard!

It works great, frame is a lot stiffer.

Not sure if it has mentioned here, but my rear axle bearings were sliding out past the screws that hold the bearings in. I put washers on each screw to help hold in the bearing. This may be due to the fact that I replaced the stock screw with SS and the SS may have a smaller diameter head. Just a heads up to watch out for your rear bearings.

Did you use one of the SS kits that are available?

I did not use a premade SS kit for the Enduro, but I did use Team KNK stainless steel screws. I buy their Monster Bag which has an assortment of different sizes of screws.

I used their Enduro kit, so maybe I should watch out for that. In fact, I already had that screw break out of it's hole. I wonder if that happened after a bearing came loose. Had my whole axle come out on me 30 seconds into my maiden. Didn't get off to a good start.

It sounds like that might be what happened. Once you add the 3mm washers the bearings will stay seated in the axles and not come out.

I did not compare the SS screws with the stock black screws, so I'm not sure if it is a screw issue or the screw hole placement issue. Either way the washers will keep that from happening again.

I will say, I use Team KNK screws on all of my rigs and I have had zero problems with any of their hardware or products.

How will this look with my inner fenders and Scalerfab rear bumper? Hate to get rid of them but this looks real good.

High Clearance SCX10 Rear Crossmember by Harley Designs

I can confirm that this fits and makes the chassis a lot stiffer at the rear. Recon G6 Belgium tested. Take advantage of this for those with a 3D printer.
