Yep used these. Added two o-rings.

SSD Contenders. Cheap hardware, broke off two fricken screws, but ya really like the wheels. Plus maybe I over tightened so may have been my bad:) Also note they are fairly deep. Had to use like 8mm offsets if I’m remembering correctly at the moment. Otherwise the wheel would rub against the link mount on top of the casters.

Re: Enduro, here we endurgo!

So as one might expect, ran into issues right away in mocking up the 66’ Bronco body. With it having floor boards it was sitting about an inch high due to resting on top of the receiver box. After much brain storming about maybe getting a smaller receiver box or cutting the existing box to make it shorter, the answer turned out to be staring me in the face the whole time. Thanks to MikemcE suggesting to put the stock battery tray mount in the rear for extra support, it was clear where to move the receiver box to. Simply tapped 4 new holes in the bottom of the box and problem solved!

I just looked at that RX box also, came up with the same solution, thanks to you! I wish the brace was my thought, but Harley did it first.
My need was wiring neatly with motor leads and 1080 switch.

Ha, well yet another idea of Harley’s I’ve used then:) And yes totally agree. The accidental outcome of moving it, is it’s definitely going to make for some much cleaner wiring.

Hey cool! Gotta say after all ideas I’ve “borrowed” from so many sharp people on here, I’m pretty proud to have been able to contribute to a solution.

Re: Enduro, here we endurgo!

Okay calling all tips please. After relocating the receiver box, got my wiring all re-routed. Not a huge fan of the rats nest created by just trying to get the ESC wires down low enough to clear the floor board. So please don’t mention it as I’m really trying not to let it bother me:) With that completed, https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f35275ff30.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...07512e2e09.jpgI’m ready to brainstorm on body mounting. In trying to get away from body pins I picked up some Extra speed rare earth magnets that come with metal body post to screw the magnet to the top of the post. So no problem there. But being as the under side gets painted I can’t think of a way to glue the other mags to the body with melting the paint away. Would really like to put screws through the body to attach the mags with. In the back this should work cause I can basically hide them using stainless steal screw that blend in with the sticky back diamond plating I’m going to line the entire back area in under the cage. For the front though not sure what I could do to hide the screws. Any tips would be great, or an idea completely different I’m totally open to.

Re: Enduro, here we endurgo!

I use shoe goo for the underside. It doesnt seem to melt the paint any at all. Alot of people here use shoe goo or e6000 with no problems

Enduro, here we endurgo!

Rare Earth, Shoe Goo or E6000
Follow the video, be patient and use the clear tape. They hold!
Biggest trick is patience!! You really need to wait a week for the paint to cure, then give the shoe goo 24 hours. I’ve yet to lose any paint

Re: Enduro, here we endurgo!

Just a nonsensical thought....

I don't submerge my rigs, so this might apply to few builders. I cut a piece of lexan and mount the HW1080, switch and receiver in the location of the servo winch area - don't use the wiring box at all. Makes for a very clean, weight balanced setup.

Another option....
