Default Bumpers

I know some high quality (and higher priced) steel bumper options are in the works/already available. It's my understanding that SCX 10 bumpers should fit the stock mounts, has anyone found anything inexpensive (plastic?) that fit and look decent with the stock body?

I should note that I have followed the free upgrade post and have moved in and trimmed the stock bumpers but they're still pretty ridiculous and I'm trying not to chop up the body too much. Thanks!

Im waiting on the VS4 Pro plastic bumpers, if I remember, double mount style. They should fit perfect, and I bet priced right too!

The Gmade Bom bumper that soze is using looks great:

Soze adds an Enduro Sendero RTR to the fleet.

Costs around forty bucks on fleaBay (and comes with a FREE rear cage!)

That's funny because I was thinking exactly that as I watched the SBG video on the truck today. At some point I might consider a nice steel bumper set but spending another $100 for front and rear with a 5 week manufacturing timeline doesn't work at this point.

This is my first crawler and I considered just removing them but after my first time out I'm thinking the body won't last long at all without something there

I have a VS4 and swapped out its front bumper with a smaller ripper unit, was priced well at 40.
Still have stock VS4 bumpers , they should fit but weighty.....

I am using the SCX10 II™ 1969 Chevrolet Blazer bumpers. Both fit well and give better angles. Fairlead in the front bumper and a option to add 2 light pods.
