Default Element-ium - Its about time

My first build thread...Element style.

I've had my kit since the day before the official release day for kit. Between life stuff, a mini vacation, and trying to finish up a major rebuild on my Axial Bomber I'm finally cracking open the Element and getting my build on.

I'm excited about the kit and it will be my 1st 1.9 crawler. My Bomber was pretty much 100 percent full blown upgrade during the build given how new the Element is sounds like I'll be enjoying the "upgrade process" a little more then my Bomber.

Parts List (So Far)
Element Kit
Hard Plastics
Mamba X ESC
ProModeler - DS470BLHV Servo
FT Stealth(R) X Spur Gear Hubs

Nice, enjoy the build. Mines the RTR so missed out on that side. But driving it is ace, and still have to maintain it with the grit stone we tend to be driving on...

Nice! All these kits builds! I can't wait to crack mine open when I get around to it. The RTR has been good to me though!

Thanks Guys

I've got a 73 Proline Bronco body waiting for it. Keep going back and forth between blue/white, blue/black, or maroon/black. I'll figure it out eventually.

Chassis is coming along but it's missing one big addition...needs a power plant.

Decided to go with a HH Revolver 1800kv motor.

Front links are all done. Ran into a small snag though. My kit didn't ship with the 103mm link which I wanted to run the 12inch wheelbase. Emailed support so see how quickly it gets here.

I finally decided on Pitbull 1.9 clutch rims. Only took me a few weeks to finally decide on rims.

Got the club 5 front bumper and servo brace. Definitely stiffens up the front of the chassis.

Well got a little distracted working on my bomber but I did get some vanquish bumpers and started on the body.
