Default Wheel hex offset for the Enduro

I bought some Chinese knock off bead lock rims off Amazon. After assembling the wheel, the inside of the front rims hit the steering horn. Can anyone recommend a wheel hex that would allow me those use these tires. It seems most aftermarket versions say they fit Axial but is this a direct fit without having to modify or drill out. This is my first crawler so l am not familiar with the axle of an Axial crawler. I think 8 mm would clear the rim. I would be grateful for any input.

You need an 8mm hex? or 8mm additional extension? If you're just looking for an 8mm hex, FT makes some. Not really cheap though...

I've got 9mm wide on mine from Amazon, I needed 9 for the wheel rings to clear on back. I had to drill the 5mm dia a bit deeper for them to seat on the pins correctly. I've seen brass 8mm on Ebay, search Enduro Brass Hex.

If you have these wheels 8mm probably won't be enough...

Check out LockedupRC they have axle flanges in different sizes for your situation. I have the ones that look like a disc brake rotor, very cool. Lots of hardware too.

I used a set of 7mm hex's for my Amazon beadlocks. I did grind the steering arms for a little extra clearance.

Thanks for the advice. I looked at the FT link and that wheel hex was 8.5. I figure a .5 washer and That would give me 9mm but the Associated website is not taking orders because they are in the midst of moving. So, I ordered a 9mm wheel hex on Amazon and will drill out if I need to.
