Default Issues with shock collar

i have a strange issues i assembly the shocks and one collar get stuck after turning 3 hours i test the other collar with the the other Shock Bodies and are ok any advise for try to repair this collar.

So, can you get the collar off the shock body? If so, take a look at the threads and see if your threads on the collar or body. Maybe you can try and clean up the threads?

I ran my finger and felt nothing strange i will try with Pliers, i hope not to damage the threads of the shock

I'm used to these style spring collars on my Race buggies. Ive come across this a few times here and there when assembling shocks. Sometimes the o ring in the collar can cause it to want to crossthread. You can try and pull out the o ring and see if you can get it to smoothly thread on. Other thing you can try is to spin the collar the other way until you feel the threads "click" it should be lined up and thread right on. Hope that all makes sense.
