Thanks bud. I’m hoping to do an interior in it maybe this winter and a few more details.

Well I finally did it. Went with a proline classic interior. Painted it in black then brown washed it and flat clear. I found a stockish looking steering wheel I could 3D print. I still need to apply the decals to the interior. I cleaned up the front grill a bit by cutting the side sports and making filler panels around the radiator. I did also get LEDs mounted but not wired up yet. Going to tidy up the wiring before they get plugged in next on my list is the right driver to pilot this rig.

Durok, that is an AMAZING looking truck and new interior! I'm mentally noting all of those details and techniques for when I upgrade out of my stock body. Awesome work!

Thanks guys. Once the truck is lit up and has a driver I think it’ll pretty much be done. It seems to drive just fine as is so nothing else I really want to change at the moment. It’ll just be a nice daily driver trail truck.

Sherman, we need to give credit where credit is due...

lilws6 is the guy that owns and modified this bad-ass truck, NOT me!

Not sure if this has been advised yet, but try clear nail varnish if locktight is not holding.. Its harder to crack off tho, when the need arises..

Got the lights wired up. All this needs is a scale driver and you probably wouldn’t know this was an rc from a photo. This is my first time diving this deep into a scale build and I think it’s paid off I’m happy with the outcome. Now if we would stop getting snow I might be able to get it out side for some scale photos

More tinkering today. Decided this rig needed a purpose. So it will be a Duck hunting rig. So I made up a dozen duck decoys today.

Few more things done on the interior. Got the decals put on and my printed shifter that I broke already have to rethink that a bit.
