Upper shock bushings?

Hey all, search has not been kind to me, so here I am asking:

Anyone have a fix/mod for the slop in the upper shock cap bushing? About got my Enduro builders kit completed, have a few upgrade parts, but cant find anything addressing the slop in the aluminum shock cap mounts. Am I missing a simple fix?

Associated has been making great shocks for years, I think most people are just running them as is and having no issues.

That being said, I put o-rings on either side of the shock cap on my build.

See there, a simple fix! Thanks, I didnt even think of that

Associated does make great shocks and top notch products, just surprised me how loose the mounts were.

I’m running mine loose. They’re the same on the Race vehicles so I figured it couldn’t hurt leaving them wobbly.

They are designed to float. This. Has been we’ll hashed out already. IF you want a pair of orings will tighten it up
