WOW! Had to go back to page five to find this!

I pretty much have this wrapped up accept for the front bumper and lights. Built a custom styene bed and added metal sliders with a roll bar.

Very nice work! I love the bed and cage work.

The stock Enduro belly sits pretty high, I'm guessing your skid sits a lot lower with this chassis?

It did with this chassis as well. So I mounted the shocks with the links on the rear and then made 10mm risers for the front shock tower, I'll get a picture. A lot of the time these angled skid chassis tend to sit high, at least this one and I know the Toy Zuki does too.

Thank you! I even pushed the front out more to get it like that. Wheel base was at 11.875" now I'm at 12.125".

Wow I agree that bed and cage looks great, it’s original and functional. Overall I really like the truck. Nice work!

Are those the crawl space sliders made for the Mojave body? They look nice, work out easily?

Thank you!

I do have the Crawl Space Yota slider/mount then added my own twist with the metal pieces.

Grabbed some pictures of the sliders and front shock risers. I drilled two new holes in the Crawl Space mounts so that I could fasten the metal sliders to them and still be able to take the cab off and back on easily.
If you look at the "V" bend on the plate part of the slider, it was made to protect and capture the rocker. I had to be creative with the roll bar so I could take the bed off if needed, so the whole assembly unbolts.

That is a bad ass looking truck! The bed is so clean. The whole truck is clean.

Who makes that fuel cell?

Makes sense now why you added shock risers, we designed the chassis for another 1/2" of wheel base. Think my power wagon was at 12.6-12.7" and a fairly low belly, maybe 3" at full droop and 2 5/8" at ride height.

Ha! It's actually a Radio Shack project box I had laying around with the Axial fuel cell filler piece. Paint makes all the difference.

Yep, short wheel so I couldn't lay the shocks back as much. I'll have to see where my belly ended up, it's definitely lower than when I started and shocks are sitting in the neutral position too.

You're welcome!

Genius. I may have to pick up one of those boxes.

I have a few laying around from before we had decent water proof electronics.

Not a huge update.....mostly driving it and scratching that bodywork up. I did get the lighting done and I'm getting ready to pull the shocks to add heavier oils and change to Mini-T springs.

Hah, yeah but thanks for digging it up - excellent stuff here. I really dig those rear lights. Anyone know the make/brand?
