Default Wolfies Zombie apocalypse enduro sendero build..

Waiting for the lipo to charge currently. Its almost box standard, just added a little strength to the body as I've read how flimsy it is. Hopefully running pics tomorrow. This will probably turn into a slow build thread. Love the box folding out to a garage.. So a few day one pics.

Congrats Mr. Wolf! While you wait for the lipo to charge, I may suggest adding some duct tape to the inside bottom of the doors where the rock sliders poke through. This is another area where the body is thin and I've seen evidence on other people's trucks of rips and tears in the plastic here when the truck rolls over.

Also, if you're looking to reduce some of the "body rattle" noise when it runs I found drilling a hole inbetween the cab and bed near the bottom left and right sides and running a zip tie through helps hold the body together a little better. I also took some black sticky backed foam (actually made for going on the body around the body mount holes) and put them on the front and back bumper where the body hits to help soften the blow and reduce the "tapping" noise to a quieter thump. I also dremeled out the square holes where the rock sliders go through so the body doesn't actually touch the rock sliders (if you do this, might do it before you tape the sides). That way the body is just floating, only touching the posts and the soft foam on the bumpers.

Enjoy! Hope those tips help! Let me know and I can take some pictures of what I did to mine if it's unclear.

Here's an example of the sticky foam I used on the front bumper. I placed it so it's just barely visable when the body is on, but the body sits on them and softens the noise.

Added a little vinyl wrap, it's a crap job as loads of bubbles I will leave it as is for now, but will re do it after some more practice..

Of course I needed a driver... And this was the most wolf like I could find...

Congrats on the new truck!

That bumper looks heavy. I do like the LED light bar though. Where did you get that?

Ebay, 55mm, light bar, bumper is not too bad, and it’s up front, so hopefully it’s all good, if not, two bolts and it’s off again.

Added snorkel, needs a little additional thought to mount the top, but I'm thinking some kind of rack on the roof, and a brace attached to it. Also playing with the idea of skulls on the bumper, they won't be remaining bright white, but will have some age added if I do keep them.

More goodies, club 5 racing, amazingly fast delivery to the UK, very impressed, shock tower brace, to reduce the flexibility without making things brittle. And a fitted rear tool box. Will assemble later, and add more pics.

New rear bumper, it's lighter than the plastic one and sits much closer, can be out further or in further, but I'm happy with it like this.

You’re not wrong, I removed it after the pics, will only put it back if/when I tow a trailer.. oddly with it, it’s still shorter than the original bumper was as the truck came out of the box.

How she currently stands, I have a few more additional parts to add, but pretty happy with how she performs and looks....
