The fenders are done. I have uploaded the files to Thingiverse.

There are two versions of the files, one version uses the body post hole, and the other allows the body post to pass through. I have not actually printed the second one, but it should work just fine.

This also assumes you are running the long battery tray, that is part of what makes up the wheel well. The pictures and the link can be seen on my build thread...

Fenders arrived today. I'll prob make a youtube vid on them shortly. They seem way more substantial than I expected after personal experience with Associated lexan products. Their bodies really put the ASS in ASSociated...
These are actually quite thick and sturdy though! Looking forward to getting them on.

Only spot that might tear are the lower ears, make a donut for them ..... like a thinner servo shim, I used styrene, screws thru and clamps ears, so no tearing

Where the front inners mount reinforce! Look and see the white rectangle, with two screws, next to the shackle? All 4 corners have them

Oh jeebus.. for some reason I just couldnt grasp that concept in my head, lol. Mind you I've also been dealing with a back/hip issue and am on heavy meds atm.

I have some thick heavy lexan left over from building my hedgehog cage, so that will prob work. That or just wrapping it with electrical tape like twice would prob do the trick as well I suppose.

Thanks.

Are there any other inner fender options?

I've got a Trailwalker and was looking earlier. Do the Sendero's ones fit? Couldn't find then in stock at the usual model shops in the UK. Added my email to stock notification though.

It would be handy if someone made 3d printed ones as the Sendero's ones are quite thin lexan but do the job.
