Suspension tuning - why is Element substandard?

I appreciate that this is subjective, but I can’t seem to get my Sendero to handle like I want. This weekend I took my gen8 (stock suspension) and my 410pro out and the enduro couldn’t hang. I have experienced this over and over no matter what tires I use. It seems to get better if I use soft foams but even then the rig doesn’t handle as well as I like.

I’m running the axe 3100kv system and my rigs are all on the faster side. I THINK the problem is that the enduro is so light that it bounces with the stock settings. It is really bad when I go small wheel and tire on the rig.

Has anyone come up with a setup for trail running that they like using lighter springs and oils? I think that’s the way I need to go, but uncertain. I’m now running the utility bed in back and it seems really unsettled when I gun it. It simply doesn’t hook up and the back end fishtails I hate it. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...100f066d08.jpg

Drain the oil out of all the shocks and run it and see how the suspension works. Slow motion video with your phone may help. Start there to see if the springs are too stiff then make decisions on what you see vs what you want.
