Default STRC Steering Knuckle fitment issue

As the title basically says, my strc brass steering knuckles will not slide over the IFS control arm mounts. Is the IFS that different from the solid axle? I was under the impression they were the same steering knuckle. Anyone else have fitment issues from strc? Should I try to drill out the knuckle so they slide in or did I just get a bad batch? Neither side fits btw

When i built my IFS rig with SSD brass knuckles they didnt fit either, I took a bit of sand paper in a drill and "honed out" the knucles them sevles. I've seen other people put the ball studs in a drill with some sand paper took a bit of material off the stud while it was spinning.
Im pretty sure this is a common thing for whatever reason.

I had to drill out my SSD knuckles. Its due to the ball stud being larger for the IFS kit.
I think its a metric size in case you have metric drill bits.

At least its an easy fix and we're fortunate enough that this doesnt require an entirely new part.
