Thanks for the comments guys.

@smog that emblem looks great.
@HumboldtEF I may try swapping them once I get more drive time. Buncha snow out there right now and all the rocks are covered!

She's all finished! I'll throw up a full set of pics after I take them, but for now I threw a sneekpeak at my IG page. (Please give a follow!)

I still have some technical updates to post too.

So I built a winch tensioner. Is there such a thing? I don't know. But I didn't like how my winch line would so easily (and often) get tangled because myself or my 8yr. old driver wasn't holding the line tight when reeling it in. I macgyver'd a pencil eraser, one screw, and a razor blade to produce this: http://mechamaniac.com/tmpics/winch.m4v

You don't have to hold the line to tension it while reeling in now. That blue eraser keeps the line relatively tight to the spool.

Here's a few pre-wheeling pics. She'll never look this pretty again!

Gorgeous paint, excellent choice of wheels - best Trailwalker I've seen - simply incredible...

Really like the treatment of the back of the cab, and the black detailing on the chrome grille.

Major Props!

Agreed 100%, this thing is top notch. Only thing I'd do is paint the cab interior black. Agreed the wheel/tire combo is perfect.

Thanks! I should have done the inside black. Maybe I will, but probably won't get to it ;)

You knocked this one out of the park!

Awesome job on the paint and the black window trim is spot on! And...oh, that grill!

Pretty slick idea for the winch line too!
