I like it. Reminds me of our old blackjack rigs, super low profile.

Thanks diesel!
I always loved the low pro chassis like the BJ!

And the chaotic crawlers chassis's have always just worked for me!

I ran it this last weekend in a local comp and placed sixth!
I wasn't on my game this past weekend and I wasn't driving smart and hit 2 gates.

I am seriously debating switching to 3.5" shocks on this rig and trying a sprung setup!
But I need to get my hands on some new motors first, because these epic 45t's just aren't cutting it anymore when it comes
to overall power and drag brake.
I have turned the comm and replaced brushes a couple times now!

I'm debating between some integy v11's or maybe some warriors or
HH torquemasters.
What do you think???

I would look at fantom motors if I were you mac, they seem to be the ticket. I like my warriors but the lack of drag brake gets annoying. I am looking to upgrade myself and will be going with fantoms 45t's.

I wouldn't try the V11's, after running those and swapping to the JPH motors (check point) I love how much drag break difference there was, HH motors would be sweet too.

Well turns out the v11's are on backorder along with the epic's!

So I went ahead and ordered the fantom 45t motors.

I also picked up a set of losi 3.5" shocks.
I'm going to do some testing with them. Maybe a fully sprung or mostly sprung setup?
Something similar to 53willys setup on his bully rig!

Okay - what are ALL the pro's and cons between Bully and Berg. I hear price, price, price and super durability associated with Bully ... and counter argument is that many comp winners are running bergs ... is it a 'badge' thing that more use Berg due to its perceived T.O.L. market position?

I would say it's all just personal preference!

I think some people have their own likes and dislikes of both axles, but in the end either axle is such an improvement over shafties.

I prefer berg axle, but if I had the cash flow I would definately build a bully just so I could have both!

I dropped off the material to my cutter this week.
I hope to have sideplates done by next week and then skids and standoffs by the end of next week. But I am at the mercy of my machinist right now.

Look for the release of this chassis somewhere around the 8th of may if all goes as planned!!!

Lowers are typically 4 5/8" eye to eye.
Uppers tend to vary, depending if your running a demon or a nino2 chassis

Buy not to worry, soon we will be offering links as well to suit all your needs!

I cant wait. I love my Nino 2 and this chassis is perfect for my current droop set up.

The build looks sick. Any in action pics or vids yet?

Well I finly got my production DEMON sideplates!

I'm going to wait till after the comp this weekend to put them on though.

I am also run ing a completely different shock setup than before.

I switched to losi 3" shocks up front with 20wt oil and white springs cut down to length.
And losi 3.5" shocks in the rear with 90wt oil and losi red springs with the shocks limited to only the same amount of travel as the fronts.
