If I can get it together tonight and my front motor is not toast I am game to crawl tomorrow.

I crawled npb Friday and Saturday and with out John's compressor there I am willing to be my motor is full of sand. Everything else is...

I meant to check it out yesterday, but my back pain meds had me asleep ALL day.

Do I need to get hardened pins for the mann gears?
What pinions/motors are other people running? What track width (tire outside to outside) front and rear? Thanks for the help

Well finally got it out on some rocks for a shakedown run, got a few scratches on the axles

Then a solder failure at the FXR and i puffed a battery

Didnt get much time so hard to tell how the rig was doing. Got home and fixed the wire, and inverted the rear shocks(did the front yesterday)

After a closer look at your pics, use a piece of 1/4" delrin rod to tie the shocks together, at least the fronts. I worry about breaking the front off the chassis with out it as the chassis was designed with a cross member in that spot.

Since we can't get new ones of we break them now, error on the side of caution. I have a bunch of 1/4" delrin rod if you are out to save you an order. Let me know and I will cut some for you tonight and bring it tomorrow along with your v2 CO caps for big bores.
