Well, I never ran my knucks facing forward, just from my own experience, I like the outside wheel to turn more. To me, it seems the outside wheel has most of the force pushing on it, besides, the inside wheel breaks traction when turning because of it being locked.
I could be wrong, that's just what I've noticed on my rigs.
I have always enjoyed that setup too, but with the 8* inclination that has all changed. The inside doesn't loose traction when you turn. You can really notice on flat pavement by just slightly turning the wheels at 1/3-1/2 throttle. The tires turns so much easier now it's amazing.

I guess I've been out of the game too long. That's one of the cool things about crawling, there's something new every time you turn around.

Maybe it's time to stick my toes in and test the water.

Man this Hobby wouldn't be as exciting if these awesome vendors didn't put so much into new products and new ideas.

Here are a few shots from Nationals in Las Vegas. I placed 39th out of 101 drivers. Not great and not terrible, I suppose!

Nice Job Ashton, not bad at all and certainly better than the 49th I placed last year

Are you running Johns new team motors with the checkpoint endbells? I need some help fitting them in behind the 86jeep steering servo. Thanks

hey Kevin, No I'm not running the checkpoint endbells. Where are you having the trouble? Are they too long?

I took 3rd place last weekend at Crawlapalooza. The competition was very tight and the beginning of the day and I didn't expect to finish where I did. I'd like to thank my friends and spotters for the help and for the fierce competition. You guys are brutal

I'd also like to thank my incredible sponsors Crawler Innovations for the awesome tires and foams, Mayhem Engineering for the killer Evolution wheels, and Holmes Hobbies for the unbeatable motors.

Special thanks to Billet Works Designs for the new motor savers! They fit like a glove and now I don't have to worry about glue.

Here are a few pics from the finals course the Rockedup Ricky took and a great video made by Rolandrockshop (Josh H).

Whoopsa daisy!

Krawler Konceptz worked up a deal a few weeks ago that I couldn't pass up so these bad boys are on the way. The artwork is from a Meshuggah cd cover.

Krawler Konceptz delivered! The install was a breeze. I just took one piece at a time and I figured it out as I went.
