Did those small TI links not work out on the front?

So after driving the car for a few days it seems to be performing off the charts. I do think though i need to change the length of my upper links again as well as the springs iv been running. I noticed the rollover ability on this chassis is way better than on the old one. I may also try taking a min amount of weight out of the knuckle weights to see how it works since im about a ounce and a half lighter than i was before. Ill get some pics up of the new links later. Need to start on this so the car will be done for tomorrows comp.

The Hall Style chassis took all three podium finishes yesterday at the event. My DLUX Hall Style worked rather well in the wet weather. On another note here is a pic of some new 18g wire i put on running through my upper link wire holder things. the 18g wire was about 6g lighter over the 16g i had on there. |

needed to make some new longer links so i decided to use some 3/16 hollow tubing that i turned down and ran a 4mil die on for threads. I decided to do this so i didnt have to run a grub screw in the rod end. these are for the rear still need to do fronts.

LOL. Do you know how much lighter that tube was over solid? Looks like it could be a great way to have a pilot hole drilled and drill it out some more. |

| Re: My dlux hall style berg rebuild Looks like 3/16 solid rod weighed 11g for bother and the hollow 3/16 that I used weighed 7g for both. This is without rod ends.

Got some new carbon faces for my wheels from DLUX. They are a great addition to the rig. Not only do the look cool but they weigh less than my solid faces by 12g. Thanks Erik for another great part. These arnt the best pics maybe someone will take better ones this weekend at the comp.

Looks good! You will need to figure out how to get some spare motor cans so I can turn those down for you. I can feel a pretty big difference from the weight loss, especially where you're losing the weight. |

Just changed out my standard nylocks for some low profile aluminum nuts.. These 12 nuts saved me 5g.
