Ok... i'll give a proper update

Well the berg has been in a real need of maintaince for a while, one of the long due jobs was to rebuild the 300's as they was VERY sloppy, the new pins etc fixed them up nicely.. love my 300's.. great product

Next job i wanted to do was to design & fit my 5mm Ti axles to the berg...

Few grams saving

I then stumbled on my next issue... i didnt have a 5mmID bearing with a 12mmOD... So it was time to CNC the parts i designed a while back and rebuild the rear end!

Old parts..

New parts..

Nice fit in the 10mmOD CF tube...

These are my new lockouts.. they have a nice slim profile underneath, the part holding the bearing also slips over the CF tube giving perfect alignment

Something else in the design/testing stages is lightweight hubs

Losi ones

Losi & Axial hubs... axial left

Some other parts ive made is CNC CF gearbox plates from 1mm CF

CF beadlock rings (I sell these in the vendor section along with other gear)

I also wanted to take the time to show my tryes....

Now ive noticed guys often turning up with new boss claws and i wanted to point out there is no need to replace them when they start looking worn... Below you'll see the boss claws ive been running for over 12months (sometimes at socials i'll use another set getting them ready) and these that comp with me will know how well these keep hooking up, i often pull lines no one else can and i know setup/tune has alot to do with it but ive i couldnt get the traction setup dont mean squat... now while you look at the pics keep in mind i have no plans to change for a few months yet

This is the new Hulksta Engineering chassis which once i get to post up details you'll be quite impressed with.. Its designed for the new class of rigs guys are wanting to run and is optioned out Anyway hears the pics...

I put alot of time in the skid to get it all nicely seated with the chassis..

The rig is looking good mate. Those voodoos are looking huge on that car. I know they're only a little bit bigger than the boss claws so it must just be the low slanted chassis. By the way it's looking awesome, I might be hitting you up for one soon.

Yeah chassis is small mate.. designed in solidworks to meet new comp specs.. Its working bloody awesome too

BTW this is the team edition chassis.. its lighter then the regular chassis, the STD one has less CF cut away and delrin braces.

I think he is talking about these ones??

BTW The rig took out another win yesterday The voodoos are sticky asbut i need some tuning to the front foams as they dont seem to like the soft foams im used to in the BC's.. Love the size

Time to get this thing Nats ready! It will be slow cause I've got to work around other jobs but I've got some nice bling coming.

Ti front tubes almost done....

Still got some tuning to do on the voodoos, I comped them with zero runtime and even tho I won I did trash a tyre on the third course :( it was my fault with a poor choice of foams (too soft) but I had to try them lol.. Tyre is glued back together and new choice of foams ready for more fun! I must say tho these tyres went as good as my dialed BC's straight out of the box, I'm yet to even cut some lugs off!
