Thanks for the compliments guys..... I am not new to here but made a new screen name to match my business name

Yes they are Delrin and will have carbon fiber side plates. Erik Dlux has an awesome set of axles and his design is awesome. However I saw a need for cases with better motor placement, better gear mesh, and still compatible with stock Berg tubes or aftermarket tubes like RcBro or Erik's delrin Berg tubes from a couple years back.

these are not a knock off but someone elses twist on a design ... other designs out there are not compatible with all berg tubes (berg stock,CCD,RCBROS).... i am glad there is more designs and vendors coming out to support the berg base rigs .... we should be happy and not knock a person for their products because there is a ton of "copies" out there off other vendor designs

I would say you are wrong these are universal case's DLUX cases require that you use his special tubes, special locker with these it looks like any body who has stock or some what stock axles can use these. Appearance I agree but these look like they are pointed toward someone who does not want to totally change every thing they all ready have.

Those look good. More berg options too!

Wondering how the single shear on the upper links at the case is going to hold up. Just thinking out loud here.

just talked about this with BigRon and a spacer was in the conversation to space it out and put the link mount in the middle of the upper links

I'm all over these, far from a knock off. If that was the case then just about all the vendors parts are some sort of a knock off..... Let the haters hate I for one am happy I can continue to use my bad ass Rc Bros tubes!!!! You can be sure these will be on my rig as soon as I can get my hands on them. Excellent work sir
Later,
Farmer

Who were you before? Do you plan on making tubes as well? What did you change to make the mesh "better"? What do they weigh? Do you plan on offering complete axles?

Fit and finish look great.

They are different that the dlux axles. They do look good, and it is nice to have another option out there.

But, the front motor is moved back and gears were lowered (just like dlux axles) and the rear motor is slightly raised and moved back (just like dlux axles).

So yes, these axles do allow a more "universal" use of other parts on the market, but there are large similarities with the dlux axles. Not trying to call anyone out, just pointing out what I see

I was bjanzen since 07 but didn't post more than 50 times..... I only post when I have something to say. Lol. We have no plans to make tubes..... I know of several great ones already here. My design help came from a retired engineer on here" BigRon" who took great care measuring all the stock gears. They turn so smooth I am tickled pink. The weight is not finalized yet. I did loose 40 grams in my truck but we are going to wait for field testing before going into production. I have 5 sets going out for torture testing and will make changes as needed. Keep in touch.....
