Thanks Camo I really like the way the rig works. Getting ready to overhaul the front end and redo all the links. When I see ya again you can beat on the Jeep Oh and by the way the Chumper got me a second at our State Championship. Not to bad for never running 4s and this chassis

Couple pics of rear links. Thinking I want to come off the skid straight then get into the big bend toward the rear a bit more to follow the case somewhat. It's a start though. Rear uppers need a bit of tweaking, but it's getting me more to where I want to be.

rear links look really good like that.

btw, if you take the tip of your soldering iron and slightly melt one section of the internal threads of the preload collar they wont back off

I have a package waiting for me at home from McMaster carr Looks like I can get the final version of my links done this weekend hopefully. Also decided to redo the whole front end......should be a fun little project. Although it will be well worth it I will post pics as I make progress.

Only thing left on our list is the 300hd's. Hopefully John will get me two sets after he gets done this weekend at Best of the West.

Small update......Figured while I'm waiting for HD 300's and tubes I would get back on this build. Went ahead and clocked the front gear case up and threw some more caster on my c's. Decided to run the drag link to the passenger side knuckle instead of bolting to my tierod. I have been running a non clocked front ever since my first 86 jeep setup which seems like forever ago. After driving 95geo's rig I knew I had to do it. While drilling and tapping my tubes I hit a shit spot and ended up having to do one 4mm hole. Yah I know kinda a hack job, but it will be fine for tomorrow's GTG. Limited my "TraxxialFest" shocks a bit, but may be a little to much. I will find out tonight on my practice pile. I also got my links pretty much dialed, just need to redo my front and rear uppers in 3/16" 6061 solid aluminum rod. I will wait for my new front end parts before I do that though. Now on to a couple bench shots.

Sacked out

Fully drooped out

You might try drilling a 3rd hole in the knuckle arm using the same hole spacing. With as much caster as you have it should help with all of your clearances unless it causes you to get into the servo at full lock. If is does hit you could always go to a smaller diameter tie-rod.

That has been done I did that mod when I was doing the BiggaH build I stole the idea from your's and Nabil's build thread I'm not too worried though, this will all be replaced when the new goodies make it to me.
Thanks man,
