Compared to stock at 37grams you are dropping your rotating mass by more then half! Featuring milled sides and machined holes giving you the lightest gear possible. I have shared with William what I have learned developing my products over the past several years, between that and his own determination to bring a killer comp product to market, you end up with some really nice pieces. Like Will said above you will be purchasing a far superior quality of product then anyone else would even think of offering, mostly due to(like myself) he loves the hobby and wants to ensure it's survival, as well as keep our options open! The 4th gears will come, I just can't put the time frame on them as of yet. Between myself and SDS all gears will soon be available. I appreciate the positive comments as it makes it do much easier to bust my butt to get them done knowing people appreciate them as much as myself. |

Re: **Finally** Berg 4340 Gears coming soon!! Testing completed last night to determine the processing that makes them the quietest and smoothest. "thumbsup" It is highly advisable to get a full set, when mixed with stock large gears (ie: a large stock 3rd and RCBros 2nd), break-in may be required (or take the edges of the stock gear to a belt sander). It is not a mesh issue, but a burrs on the stock gears issue, that like to catch the lip of the milled out section where they cross. |

Get yourself a good set of small knife edge hand files I spent 2 hours filing the teeth on the berg gears in my AL fighters With some good grease they are quieter than just about anything I compete with, XRs included. Good work and again thank you to the RCC vendors for listening to what we all need. |
