It's super scratched but I painted the inside so it stayed pretty good!

There is only one thing that keeps me from the Rc car, and I prefer that in the mornings anyway!

Okay, here's the deal, I'll go set some courses up tomorrow and run them. Then I'll give you my scores and you can just plug them in and tell me where I finished! Just to forewarn you, I've gotten pretty damn good

Just went out and drove today. The weather was finally nice! I would like to report the skid is awesome! I like how rigid it makes the chassis and it kills break overs.

I need to get some steering stops in the knuckles. They steer so far it locks the tire.

Seems like just yesterday that you were asking how to get more steering out of your setup.

Luckily, its as easy as installing a screw into the knuckle. I found that a 5mm spacer behind the screw is about perfect for most setups.

I am loving the steering! I just can't wait to get this much out of the super that will be sweet. I am just having trouble with the tie rod. It is hitting everywhere. It with this much throw it moves forward and back a lot because the arms on the knuckle almost touch the axle tube. The tierod hits the servo, the servo mount and even the servo arm after it gets turned up from hitting the servo itself! All this steering is quit a dilemma I think it may be time for a straighter tierod as I think that would help a lot.

I would like to make the little weight stops but I don't think I have the tooling for that. I don't even have a vise!

I have been testing a new chassis from Dlux. It is a proto bodied version of his current chassis and a big deviation form any chassis i have tried to date. Have never ran my links on the outside of the chassis but i like them double sheer as it really stiffens the whole thing up. The aluminum skid is very nice also. I am most happy with how well the rig climbs with this chassis. I haven't had a ton of time to test with it yet but i will be getting out more these next couple weeks. So far i have the links placed very similar to how Erik runs his rig for a baseline line and i will try different setups from there. I really love the look of the chassis!

I had a Kamikaze 4.0 I think it was called? It was a cool chassis. Sometimes I wonder how good those old chassis would work in today's crawling world because the chassis these days have gotten very intricate and light.
