Hi
Got a new truck.
A V3 tracer kit with wheels.
Gallery https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=398CB...ABC5709%211406

Feels real god but needs a lot of adjustments. Axles and gearbox feels like a tank.

Thougts
Bads
Poor constrution on CVDs.
Had to disamble whole truck to locktite it up.
Wheels tooo heavy.

Pros
Feels like it gona hold up for some real tork.
Alot of weghts on axles.
Highsteer knuckles from stock
Narrow alot of fun messing with width.
Good Customer support at enRoute.

What have i done
Repaired CVDS the fell apart in first 5 minutes of driving. :/
the locker ring got pushed back and pin fell out. damaged my knuckle and driveshaft.
enroute has two new cvds, driveshaft and knuckle on the way. just payed shipping.

Delrin links fabricated. just need to grind them to look good and loose som weight.

Cvds grinded to get better steering angle aiming at 50degreeds.

On to do list

Polycarbonate wheels got Vanquish slv on the way in 850's for frontwheels and 725 for the rear.
and wheels are ordered from my neighbour.

lathe rear drive shaft to 4 mm from 6mm
lathe delrin tubes

carbon fiber upper links

Manufactor knuckle weights.

Then i will try the Nano trace chassie out. my friend bougt the same axles, but are going for crawlerkeller's reptile chassis.
If that turns out to be king ill go for it to.

I have some questions to if some one can ansver them

in 2.2 p bodyless you have to have roof bonnet and side plate where to put it on the tracer nano chassie?

Excuse me for bad english.

/Jens

If you have problem that the set screws comes loose at the CVDs, Enroute has another version of the front drive shaft with holes for the set screws instead of the small flat areas.

The knuckles are very easy to manufacture weights for. I made these simple holders when I had my V3 Tracer.
