Before I go too much further. I want to thank Dlux for an awesome product. The craftsmanship on these is impeccable. I was able to pick these up from him personally and he really does pour blood, (lots of) sweat, and tears (albeit manly tears of pride) into these things. Thank you again.

Now your going in the right direction by building a berg. And you can't get any better platform than the Dlux goodies you have.

These just arrived in the mail. Brood 30t skewed arm Conflux with CB 20 (Cobalt) mags. A little heavier than normal mags but hey are so strong I couldn't get an accurate weight with it on the scale alone. Sorry for making you all read sideways. 190g Eddie O is amazing to work with! He and I emailed back an forth for days so I would have just the motor I wanted. I will recommend his motors until the day I die. Now lets hope I picked the right motors for my mediocre driving skills. HAHAHA! self deprecating humor..... Last edited by Curcal; 08-08-2013 at 08:41 PM. |

Cant wait to see this thing built up Curt! I want it done for Nats just because I want to drive it. Those motors are going to be the most pissed off motors ever. I cant imagine a better performing motor based on the specs..

Now that you mention that particular adjective... that's what I was aiming for: smooth, brooding (see what I did there), a little aggressive, and ready to pop you straight in the mouth.

Rear axle buttoned up. Minus gears :-( . These are quite easy to assemble and every thing fits super snug. I still have to drill and do set screws for lock outs and link mounts.

Going to have ready for nats. drill the hole in case so you can remove motor and adjust gear mesh. Link mounts will be the last thing you do. great start lets see the chassis. |

Moved on to the front axles. I want all of you reading to have as much fun as I am building. So I pose a question. Form or Function? |

I'm digging this build for sure. It would be alot of pressure for me to get it ready for nats. Then again I don't have to worry about that this year. Good stuff and thank you!
