I forgot to mention, it's going to be a long a$$ build. Trying to say up for a DH bike and get parts at the same time. It should pick up after the 26th, that's when I get back from vacation. |

So I finally got around to getting some pics up. Sorry for the crappy cell phone quality, it's all I have for a camera. This is the front axle. Still needs knucks, c-hubs, and motor mount work done. But, it's almost there. This is the rear axle. Pretty plain. Dlux upper mount, tubes, shafts, and gear work. And these will be going in the front axle. SDS 300HD's Just a shot of all the axle stuff together. The heart of this build. The OG Chaotic Special LW. For traction I have 4 Voodoo golds, and 2 Voodoo silvers. Front view of the Dlux beadlocks: And a rear view: And an overall shot of all the tires and sticky goodness. Look ma, I'm king of the mountain. Hopefully I'll be able to get this thing finished this year. I'm planing on going into the Air Force in June, July-ish. It'll either be done then or after I get out of basic and have some more money. |

What are you going into the AF to do? I'm retiring just as you are entering. I'll have 20 years in as a Civil Engineer.

I'm hoping I'll be able to go into EOD. If that doesn't work out my second choice would be a mechanic of some sort, either planes, automotive, or something along those lines. But this is all after I go to college hopefully. I'm already set on doing a full 20 years, maybe longer.

Got them a while back when he was doing the preorder thingy. If you post and add in the wanted section someone might have some. I got lucky. I had the money to get them when they were available so I got them. Or, you could PM Eric_Dlux and see if he'll make you some uni's. I've heard his universal's are pretty good. And they're a little bit cheaper than SDS 300's.
