I don't know how to do the multi quote thing so thanks guys

The rig is performing awesome!!!! Took 2nd at the comp today!

Erik has been telling me for a couple months now that my shocks weren't laid back far enough. So last week I flipped the p shape rod ends over to flatten them further. I would have to say it did help the overall performance of the car.(once again Dlux was right. surprised? not me).

Its a little heavier than last I weighed it. I think I have some sand in my tires

To multi quote, click on all the "+" on the posts you want to quote, in the order that you want to quote them, and on the last one, hit the regular quote button.

And I always try to have my shock be just short of horizontally level when at full bump. On grants on the solid results today

Nice job on 2nd!

Motors add 1oz each heavier
Battery has to be 1-2oz heavier

Just those 2 items will have you close to 6oz heavier than my car Better get them Broods back in!

Oh it has the broods in it. Eddie got them back to me so fast they went in Friday. There was no way I was gonna run without BROOD power.

Its been a while since I have posted in this thread. Mainly due to the fact that comp crawling no longer exists in 801 Most every one here has gotten rid of or retired their crawlers. BUT I still like driving this car so I will be forging on.

I am doing cut and shut Voodoos so I figured my car needed a set. I went with ultra narrow silver fronts and blue rears. liking it so far but need to work on foam setup.

Heres a couple pics on the car.(BTW all those Voodoos in the back ground are already cut and shut, and ready for new homes)

What kind of foams you got in there? They look hella swollen in the sidewall compared to mine.

Nonetheless I want to hear how you like them. I STILL haven't been able to get her out yet

Kyle (wheels7) does a great job on these tires! Almost no seam is visible. Such a good job that I think I will have him make me some cut and shuts.

What's up Travis. The foams are a mutt setup I made. Need to get some purebred CI in there.. They drove pretty good but left a lot to be desired. As far as foams. Tires hooked great!!!

Very nice build tread,,,
I now have a dilemma,,
should I buy Berg V1 Axels,,(Newage) or should I buy a pair off used xr10 axels,,
I see that The berg axels are great,,but Not stock,,,you have to do so very mutch to get em perfect,,
That is the thing I like about axial xr10,,If you have all the VP uppgrades that is offcourse..

Hi Guy's, great thread and exactly what I have been looking for. I'm from the east coast and would like to have a crawler just like this, can you help me get one?
Do you have a complete part list and who you bought them from?
Since the time you built this are the components still the best or are there new ones out there now?
It would be great of you if you could guide me on what I need and where to get it. Also, what's it cost to build this crawler, with all the custom pieces?

Thanks, I hope you will help me because I'm very jazzed up about having this crawler.

What kind off gears are in the CCC axels,,anybody???
And do anyone know the price on these axels,,
I hear they have lifetime warrenty so they must be extremly solid,,,

Both axles Ccc and Dlux run berg gears. Their prices are on their web sites.
Dlux and Ccc axles have nothing to do with Bully2

I got me a set of the amazing Dlux fab 7075 centers for my superlites. When D told me he was making these I knew I had to have a set. I am a sucker for 7075!

I will give credit.... your pictures turned out better than mine but at the same time, I will say, its hard to get pics of those centers. Even your pictures have that fuzz/glow.

Your car looks good enough to get beat on Sunday
