Robinson Racing makes them part number

RRP11** the *'s equal the number tooth you want to run.

I also run the 13t from Robinson. Careful if you space issues in your gear case. The Robinson pinions vary in physical size. I was surprised at how much bigger the 13 was from 12

Pinion class is Mod 0.5.
Not as easy to find as you'd think.

I am running a 16T in the rear and 14T up front from some involuntary over/under drive.

Do you mean 16t front and 14t rear? The bigger gear turns the tires faster so you want that one in the front.
