Default Slick's builds something different...... CCC Style!
Anybody in the Southeast knows Slick...... Not to be confused with John Slichter... Lol. Slick doesn't blend in and never will........ And he wanted a rig that fit his personality. I made the mistake of pricing out his front axles at ECC a few weeks back and before I knew it his truck was sold. Some thought he was wanting to quit.... But quite the contrary. It was just the excuse Slick needed to build a brand new rig and get the color he wanted. We have been slowly ordering in parts for weeks and Slick has been helping in the shop more than usual..... Guess he was wanting to trade labor... :-P. This past weekend we realized it was only a week to the next comp and he has been here day and night working on this truck. Sunday we got the axles finished and the parts are slowly going together. Here are the Team CCC Bulldog axles with VP Wraith knuckles and Cs and Rc4wd gears inside



Next we put some CCC lower Titanium links on the very unique CCC Mutt 2.2Pro chassis. The side panels are clear on purpose...... He didn't want to hide any of the color!



Of course..... A matching set of CCC three spoke twisted wheels is in the works

He's been patient....... I have been slammed....... 4 full axles kits and 4 full chassis kits ordered from France. Shop is hectic right now...... I am helping him best I can but he is doing a bunch of work on it this week

Well...... Slick was in the shop until midnight last night and has been hard at it all afternoon. The chassis is all bolted together..... The wheels are done...... The dog's new rubber has been narrowed...... Let's hope those pretty things don't get any DooDoo on them!



The Bulldog cases had the full fluff and buff treatment....... Maybe that oil can and rubber band should be updated to some CF protection!
