Thanx

NO, I set it up so it gets max steering with the 300's...
as you see it now the cups almost touch the shaft behind the cvd ball...

one direction it stops on the case, the other, it stops on the servo.....

it looks as there are more angel on the servo-side then on the gearhouse side..
will not no for sure before you put some wheels with tires on the uni`s..

CreeperBob shafts showed up yesterday afternoon.....
Thank you Creeper....

I now have a roller.........

Still in need of:

knuckle weights...... working on getting a certain one

Wheels.......... not sure what I want yet, but I want to try something different........ the HPI super have been great to me for a long time and at 14.4 grams they are hard to beat....

Servo................ what else Hitec 7950..... yea I know there are others, but I got one that was in my berg for 2 1/2 years and it is still going strong in my SCX10

Motors........ most likely pull the ones out of my currant truck (some crazy 35t's that I got from Nabil ) or some HH 35t that I have laying around

then break it all down and build it back with Ti screws where needed.........

Enough steering if you ask me..
But still the left wheel steers more than the right does..
if not this image is playing tricks with my eyes

That is because of the 8* steering, is a complicated subject that whole scrub radius topic, I think there is a whole thread about it in the General Crawlers section!

I was lookin through some old posts and found this.....

this was the very first Nor Cal shoot out between the clubs in this area.....

I competed with an Axial AX10 coverted to a comp truck running an SWX chassis.....

I think there were only 2 or 3 berg's there........

and this is the comp that made my decision to get one of those Berg things with a motor on each end.......oh my........................

I do remember placing 11th out of 17...........meh.....

HAHA! Back in the day!

If one front wheel/tire wasn't at least 16oz, your truck probably didn't work

Glad that didn't last too long....

Not sure why somebody that never posts in my threads (post above) felt compelled to post something irrelevant, Maybe he got a Chub from 8-454's post.......

Any way on to the update.......

Just got in some VooDoo's.... Thanx Purptr8r.......

never owned any till now........
soon as I got them I put the scissors to them, they are a bit wide for my liking.........

1 down, 3 to go..........

3 down 1 to go..........

just mocked up on super star wheels..........

in search for something different in a wheel..........
maybe something with some bling........but not a heavy weight........
