Small update: for anyone that wanted to know how the STRC re-tanged shafts are holding up... this picture should tell ya........ 3 course on the pre-season comp today, got hung up in high grass, pulled the trigger a bit, and, pop, 3WD.... oh well.......................................I do have something up my sleeve a bit later.... Not a lot of material where the ball meets shaft......lol.... that really doesn't sound to good Last edited by roksloski; 08-16-2015 at 09:24 PM. |

I have them in my scale rig that I don't drive much... should last in that.... I used the STRC cvd's cause my daughter works at a hobby store and I got them real cheap... made it easier to cut up... if I were to do it again, I would use VP wraith shafts with VP scx stubs.. But like I said, I have something up my sleeve and I wont have to do it again....

Where VP stands out to me: Is the fact that when I emailed them, I got a phone call back! On top of the phone call, that aren't a sweet short, "sorry about your luck, have a good day", the hour long phone call/calls, all ended with perfection.. New parts in the mail, a return shipping label, and Free..... A company that stand's behind there products, can have my money, Any day!
