Let's start this update on a fresh page..

No point in a fresh page, without video! (Sorry, only one)

so last weekend I rolled over to Connecticut, for there, Cash Comp.
Which was will thought out and manned!

The start line was the first time I have ran since World's and with the Dlux superlite's and loaded dize system.
With my lack of time on this, geo was different, setup was different, and not to what I completely wanted.. (That will be in my next post, this afternoon)

1st course, gate 2, I noticed a front wheel came loose.. Gate 4, a rear wheel was broke loose..
I guess glueing tires together around 1a.m. doesn't work out my glue was bad.. Lol..
But I finished the course!

Course 2, was going pretty great! Then gate 5, my battery dropped a cell or died..
That 10 points, put me 1 point out of winning the course. The loss of a minute pushed me to skip the bonus.. Which would of given me that point or 11, out of the best score. (I still didn't have in my mind, 1st place or Nothing else counted).

Course 3 went well..

Then to the finals course.. Only the 3 winner's, of the 3 course's got to play.(Bc-brian, RIbob, and force5). Then there was a, buy in, amendment.. 5$ to play.. I'm in!!!!
So the cards came out, for driver position.. Which was done for every course.. I drew the ace.. First driver! Which went with my other 4x 2's, I had earlier in the day.. Lots of driving first..

OK, Go!
https://youtu.be/resRG5z3O_4

I rushed that one bonus. But I'll take it!
Then I went and setup the finals course for sporty..
Came back at the next to last driver was going..
"How's it look?" I asked.. "Your still best score" I was told.
"Really!?" ... "Yep, your the only one that finished"..
" Saaweeeet!!! "

After that driver didn't finish.. RIcrawler, Bob, was up...
Bob was on point all day! I had no problem's of being beat out by him.. (He made the hard bonus, at gate 1, for the win)

"Afternoon" update.. Lol..

So where I was at.. Was that the front shocks where in the same hole, from the other axles.. But just left them there, for testing..

Since we had a comp at Rausch Creek, I moved them up a hole. Way better feeling!

The rear shock mounts where out wider on the superlite's, then my last axles.
So I spaced them out as well.

Sidehill's, climbs, turning up hill/off camber, All for the better!

Like I've never been able to do before!

It makes a big difference when your on your home turf, when your testing new changes.
I tested on spots that I have crawled and crawled and crawled, testing vertical climbs and sidehill's. Even descents.

Which all paid off! A little gold, for Lightning...

The Remedy has been a Killer chassis and easy to setup.
The HH Br mini's and the Saaweeeet HH 11t XX fill 500's, have been working Amazing and Ridiculous!

Since it seems I don't show enough..

I wanted to show off these Killer tires! Hahaha..

Actually... I was trying to capture the Sick shimmer the light puts off on these bad ass silver wheel's, from Krazed Builds designs/Robbob!

Which mine are one off, for the most Ridiculous setup on the market!
Dlux wheels and loaded dize system..
For the lowest most adjustable weight system, your hard earned money, can buy!

The more I run my Remedy with this setup, there more I'm realizing the benefits and the more I'm feeling the capability and trust in my rig..

We shall see.. Trip to Tennessee, this weekend, to comp..

Default A Remedy found...

If you like wider spacing, you could ask Bruce/BmachineRC for wider sliders. Work better.

Good luck next weekend teamy!

Thanks Stephan.. My request for Racer Spacers, is already in! ;)

I'm already spaced out, just sticking out wider then the sliders safety zone.. :(

It should be a good comp.. Close to 20 ppl.. From: TN, GA, AL, PA, an SC! That I know of...

Most of the Team will be there Stephan.. Jump on a plane and come on!

If youre liking the loaded dize now, you should put some more weight in them so they can really show off what they can do. Only problem with that is that you will realize how much it helps and then wish you didnt cut off the additional holes.

Good luck at the comp man!

Funny you should mention that.. As the knuckle plugs don't add up to very much, I snagged these up, for pretty cheap!

Figured this weighs a little extra, then brass..
Some for the pro, some for the sporty and some for my DravTech 1.9 knuckles..

Not to mention, I have 3 more holes to stuff, per side.. And no rear weights, to balance it out.. Yet!

So if I'm noticing all this, with about the same weight as before, with it just being lower. I guess it's time to add another slug per side and go run some more!

(Ho chiz, my post didn't post!!!) Grrr....

It didn't work out toooooo bad.... ;)

It was a wet, rainy, Awesome day! A Great time slipping and sliding, on some slime covered rocks, that slid your rig quicker then WD-40 coated glass! Some with traction and some with sweet grip!

It made the day and the course's, that much "better".. Lol.. (For us all laughing with each other)

With that said.. Boss Claws held tight and right!

My driving and the rig where on point, I felt. Everything was working smoothly..

Not as smooth as Harvo on his home rock, of course.. The man is a solid rock, of a driver!

Course 1 was clean, up to the finish gate. Which took a reverse burn or 2..

Course 2 was clean, with a reverse.

Course 3 had a gate that was tricky, a 2 rock side hill type gate.. I came at it right.. Then the top front tire popped off the upper ledge and hooked my case.

I wanted to clean this, so bad, I was talking to it! "come on little case, let go".. "You can do it, slide off there"... Lol..
Steering wiggle, a touch of throttle, it's coming...
SHAT!!!! When it let go, it let go and the lower tire did too... Gate! :'(

Course 4 was clean..

At the end of the day.. I had a Blast getting to hang out, have LOADS of laughs, and do some Crawlering!

Now it's time to figure out how to dry the last 3-4oz of "moisture", out of my foams... Hahaha...

Time for unneeded work... Lmao...

When you get a call on Tuesday night and a fellow crawler needs something, that fried on Saturday, for the coming Saturday comp.. You pull it out of your rig and package it up, right? Then you realize Wed is Vet's day.. :/ So you over night it on Thursday.
The rewards follow the following week...

Now I get to smash these, my Super, and another members sporty setup, all in one sitting.. YAY..... lol..
