That was nice driving Troy, got to watch your run yesterday (thanks to Wes for putting all the video's together and for sparing us having to watch Barry run again JK). That run was looking Money till this guy showed up after gate 9.

"Hey, you can get that bonus over there, look at it looking all stupid and simple, c'mon Do It!
"

Have to say I LOVED sequestered finals course. Every driver with the same advantage, and its the reason you even went for that bonus gate. Traditional style you would have known all you needed was a +1- and where's the fun in that.

Think I will be sending my winnings to Dlux too

Have to wait a few weeks for the wife to forget all about this whole Monster Showdown before I try to talk her into loosing me for NENC and maybe a trip to Cali ........maybe..............

Maybe it's time?

Yes yes.. it wasn't any cut-n-shut tire, or doodoo's, or lugs... it was Boss Claws.. And Bald ones!
I love BC's!!! Muuwaahahahahaha...

it would cost me more then that, in glue, to put them back on! Lol..

But seriously, they aren't at there best, new.. depending on the rock type.. they take a little breaking in.

It's time to start setting my sights on the NENC.. coming in July!!! Start wearing them out now..

CT comp, this weekend.. ECC, next weekend.. EPA comp, first weekend in July.. mmmmmaaaayyyybbbbeeeee a little practice in-between, each.. hahaha

Lol.. not really..
I went out yesterday and made it half a pack..
The front tire bit so hard, I peeled the wheel face off the tire and half the bead off the inner!
All glued up and ready for some packs today!

OK, so Nerby might be on to something!
What a completely different ball game..
The new BC's are almost like I switched to lugged tires! Crazy bite, too!
I was just giving it a little throttle, as I snapped a few pics..

Vertical or side hill.. they held right and tight..(no, pics don't do any justice..

OK, I just thought this was fun.. here's the rock..

Here's the video..
https://youtu.be/HhVYnN_nuMI

I Wish I could have gotten video of this!!! I couldn't find a spot that would hold the phone and get it all.. :(
Start..

Little bump..

A little mixing..

Over..

Start the rear burn, in last pic and burn, burn, burn..

Back down

And down

To the right

And bite

Pull

Pulling

Pulling around, chassis touches..

So much bite on the bottom 2 tires

Top 2 are up

But the Remedy and the BC's, make it easy!

And out

I'll get out tomm or Thursday and get some more time..
I have to get video at ECC! I've been slacking.. :/

Thanks Bruce!!!

4 out of 5, in the top 5, where Remedy chassis!!!!!

ECC was a excellent time! Great courses great ppl!!!

I did a little shaking on course 1, Again.. sheesh, o don't know what's been up with me..
I shook the whole rig off the rocks, at the Monster Showdown! (Course 1)

Anyways.. only 6 points between M_Energy and I.. a few more between me and 3rd.. lol..
Derrick and I where the only 2, to finish all the courses. (Which I didn't find out till names where called for the Finals course)
I actually didn't know where i was, all day. I just knew I was feeling good about my runs. 146 points between 1st and 3rd..

Then last weekend.. EPA comp..
Got away with a 1st..
But the best part of my day/weekend, was screwing up my son's(Aiden) sporty.. I soldered a battery plug to the esc..
Funny how 2 female plugs won't connect! Lmao!!

So I handed Aiden the Remedy, to the problem.. ;)
It was the first time I've ever handed him the controls to a pro rig...

So Stoked! He has my old MT4, but never worked the lever..
He took to it, like a Farmer to Work! Lol.. If I said, dig, he dug.. if it was, burn, he burned..
So now, I need a Remedy, to the problem I created! Uhh ohh..

There is a pro rig, in his near future! Got to get him ready for the NENC!!!
I'm going to be busy, it should be here Saturday.. (thread to follow)..

Thanks to BmachineRC, Holmes Hobbies, and Dlux.. the parts are seamless together!
My Dlux FBA shafts and Missing Link locker, have been taking the abuse and laughing it!

It's not the chassis
It's not the tires
It's not the electronics

Troy is just that good

I wouldn't go that far, Curt.. without the above mentioned components, crawling would be a little difficult...

Nah.. just transferring public information over, to my build thread..

I earned my posts... ;)

I'll beat you, Someday! I do want to thank you for teaching me, to just leave the scores alone...
Finding out at the end of the day, where your at, is so much less stressful!

Going over the rig for the NENC..
Find a uni pin, out the side..

I didn't like that I could push it in and out with my fingers!

So I snagged a used set of ofna shafts, off fleBay..
Something was different any them. But after buffing out the square, it's all back together and running..
