oh yes I forgot to mention that I have the very smooth velvet coated kyosho shocks from supershafty on this rig,
but I gonna try something else, most likely the scx-10 shocks from rcbros,,
I have to space out so mutch for the front shock on the gearhouse side to go clear off the gearhouse,so I want some thinner shocks so that I dont have to use a 15mm spacer to get the shocks mounted up front..

I bought for some time ago another HH BR mini dual esc with bec,,
and when I trided to set up the bec via castle link the bec was dead,,
so Jonathan is sending me a new bec and shrink wrap so I just solder on the new bec when I get it,
early next week I guess I have it..

I have to solder the new bec on this esc`s..
I am not great on soldering,,but how hard can it be,,
I hope I dont F..C up the esc`s when I solder the bec on the printcard..

Nice to see you start thread so you an ask any questions you need too! Should be a killer rig for you. I'm pretty sure the superlites come with the 7075 rear axles but I could be wrong.
Did you try plugging in a battery when you went to program the bec? Usually cause everything is wired so close the other electronics steal the power from the castle link. Worth a shot anyways if you haven't!

You'll love the superlites they are killer axles!

these are "old"..

so they have been laying on my desk only to look pretty for a very long time because off oure long winter here in norway,,
even bought the chassis right after new-year so I have had some time to drool all over this rig..

I really need some skinny rovers(voodovers)..
finaly there are new guys making these tires now,,
I have been waiting for e.y for a very long time,
and wheels7 did make my ultra narrowed voodoos I run on my xr/reptile...
But I have 4 gold voodoos that came with the axels when I bought them,,
I only need a new set off wheels from dlux so that I can put some skinny rovers on the new wheels,,
here is a picture with stock voodoos, narrowed voodoos and last ultra narrowed voodoos..

Can anybody tell me what kinda wheels the one in the middle is,,?
those are the wheels and narrowed voodoos I got along with the axels when I bought them,, seller told me it was NCD,, But I have tried to find those wheels by using google but cant find them anywhere,,

That's correct. That is the only type of shafts they've come with. And I believe they are the only shaft that for a berg that will accept Erik's hubs? Which are on that rear axle.

The 2106gf is also a really good choice for receivers for your crawlers. It also allows to have the esc wire object horizontally to save room and wire!

I like my voodovers in many situations but I'm going to give ultra narrow voodoos a try next month. I also have 2 sets of the rcbros shocks. Just keep your oil weight high. They are smooth soft shocks. You'll like them.

the voodoos is a little lighter than rovers..
But at some kinda rocks rovers are the best choice off tires,,
voodoos is a great all around tire..

nice build. i had to run my uppers on the outside to make room for my electronics. i thought they would get hung up alot, but with the way the chassis gets bigger at the top it hits and slides 1st so it hasnt been a problem for me yet.

I see in youre tread that you have all electronics inside the chassis,,
I will only have my reciver in the chassis and the esc`s and bec on the electronic tray from robbob,,and the reciver is a wireless micro reciver so I wont have any troubble with that..

Hi folks,,
I have a stupid question..
what kind off gear grease do you guys use with the dlux superlites??
I had a "spring-cleaning" on my axels and I did not see that the last owner off these axels had used any grease at all..
And I did put some vanquish grease on to get em to run smoother but the oposite happend,,
it sounds like the fourth gear is coming against the axlehousing..
please tell me what you guys do for grease,,??
