| Relapse..............With a Remedy!!!
Sold my old rig last year, but I'm back now!!! First off huge thanks to Rick at SuperShafty, John at Holmes Hobbies, Ryan at BC Paints, Bruce at BmachineRC, Jake/binary terror, and Ben/Superduty03. If it wasn't for your guys support and help this rig wouldn't be possible Had a double agent I intended to use, but built and drove a berg axled Remedy for a good friend and loved it!!! Been driving bodied for awhile and felt like going back. Even though Ryan at BC Paints hooked me up with a sick scratch art Nightmare Before Christmas body Ok on to the goods.............. Front axle: -Dlux case with 7075 center -milled gears with, CKRC 3rd, and Mann 2nd. -Super 300 HD's -RC Bros tubes -RC Bros hangers and knuckles weights 1.85 oz of weight -Vanquish c's and wraith knuckles -Tamiya king pins and traxxas Teflon washers between c and knuckle -Shift hubs -Dlux upper link mount -Futaba BLS172SV -3/16 TI tie rod -3/16" AL 7075 drag link -E Bay Robo horn -Holmes Hobbies 37 turn big wire 400 puller, 13 tooth pinion -music wire for hex pin Rear axle: -Dlux case with 7075 center -milled gears, CKRC 3rd, and Mann 2nd -RC Bros tubes -Hulksta TI shafts -Shift hubs -MFAV rear upper link mount -Holmes Hobbies 37 turn big wire 400 puller, 12 tooth pinion -music wire for hex pin Chassis: -BmachineRC Remedy -3/16"AL 7075 solid uppers -BmachineRC 3/16" TI lower -RC Bros shock bodies, spring retainers, pre load collars, springs, and shock caps modded by me. -Axiak scx 10 shock shafts, machined piston, and rod ends. -22.5 weight in front and 27.5 in rear Wheels and Tires: -Y-Town cf 2 piece wheels .8 wide with 3/16" AL 7075 spacers -CI 6" narrow with soft outers in front and medium in rear - narrowed and clocked silver Voodoos by binaryterror Electronics: -Holmes Hobbies BR mini's water proofed -CC bec water proofed set at 7.4 -Futaba R614FF decased and water proofed -Max Amps 430 mah 4 cells or Cheap Battery Packs.com 450 mah 4 cells That's the run down for now, just waiting on shock springs and some more knuckle weight. Once I have those in hand I can get it all buttoned up Super excited to be back and glad that vendors like Eric at Dlux Fab and William at RC Bros are keeping the Berg alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way to be Farmer! Glad your back and couldn't of made a smoother choice of parts and specially going with the Remedy! (But maybe I'm a little bias) cause I've extremely enjoyed running the Remedy, since I got it. |

That CDW thing was nice to play with. All of Farmer's rigs are fun to play with. This one is cool. I don't have anything else to add. I just wanted to up my post count. Cheers, HH |

You have the only heavy wire 37t 400s in existence! I went through a whole tray of armatures trying to wind another pair, none of the other arms would let the pattern fall right. Got really lucky to wind up your pair I suppose!

Something we've always run, Farmer and I was offset pinions. From the days of the old dig switching to slow down the rear before we got those fancy 4PK's. Still a habit I guess.

Not bad for a first run to day, a little tuning and it will be good to go. |
