Default Spare rig build!!

I came across a very fair deal on a Berg and had to pull the trigger. It's got RC4WD gears, super 300's, modded big bores, brood motor and some other fancy stuff. Since my current car is bodyless I figured I'd throw my old bodied chassis from Dlux on. I already have his zero preload spring cups and aluminum center sections in the mail. I'm looking forward to building this thing!!

How I bought it.

I have been messing with this car and it has been fun. My current car is so setup there isn't much to do but drive it. I really enjoy the tinkering. I love Dlux's chassis and the bodied chassis he made me a couple years ago is still my favorite. I was so excited to put it on the new car and get it set up properly. I always ran this chassis with my old SCX shocks but the new car came with big bores, which are such a smooth shock, i had to figure the best way to get it set up right. But my god do these shocks need "No preload shock cups" in the worst way. The car had beadlock wheels with solid faces. I had enough spreaders to swap the rear to glue on's and 4 matching "D" cut faces and i like the look much better.

I had a XR10 back in the day and i really didn't like it. So much so that i sold it and went back to my extremely modded Bully. I have always believed it had a lot to do with the 8* knuckles. This car came with a really nice setup of VP C's, knuckles and super 300's so i think i might leave it on for now to compare the differences before i pull it off in favor of Dlux knuckles, axles and Loaded Dice.

I thought that car was for your brother..... either way who ever drives that car has to do it with only 1 of their I's. LOL (eye patch or at least one eye closed) we'll miss Josh but it was tragic that the rig was just sitting on a shelf.

Haha, it is for my brother. He just doesn't get a choice in how it's set up.

We think too much alike. People are going to think I just made a alter ego screen name! LOL.

Big Bore pride...
Non 8* pride...
Heavy front ends...

Car looks good though. I like the wheel change for sure.

I didnt know that car came with the 300 universal shafts. Thats cool! I do remember when Oneeye got them though.
