Well I guess I may need a new name for this thing. I am taking a slight change of direction and I am going to use 7075 cases instead of the 6Al4V I had planned on using, so it won’t be a true Ti-Fighter... I don’t think doing this will degrade it’s build quality and that will open up avenues for a possible other build in the future. Always looking ahead. |

Luckily no. SkaldidDog can keep that job! I have a set of SDS aluminum cases to use. |

Are you guys sick of me polishing parts yet? I know I am! I hope I am just about done... Ordered up some new electronics. I have always had good luck with FXR’s but decided to give Mini BR’s another shot. The other ones I have are the older revision and get pretty hot. Never died on me but always concerning when the skid damn near burns you picking your car up...! |

Shiny is good.. keep on polishing parts. I've been running my original Br-minis since 2013 I won them @ Nationals yes the get warm but never let me down. They actually get hot enough they'll melt holes in my heatsink. |

Yes, mine melted through the heat shrink also. Maybe I will stop worrying about them... |

Patience, grasshopper... Got the cases drilled out for the 7mm shafts last night and got a tracking number this morning for the electronics, so that is positive...! |

Ready to install some motors... I am going to try the SAF gears first so I can run standard 48P pinions. If I cannot make them work then I will fall back to the metric .6 mod gears... |
