this is where Dravtech is buying it:

Aluminum　/　IRL-K　【Hirosugi-Keiki Co.,Ltd.】

Minimum order quantity is 50 PCs

I was able to order 150 inserts for $61 express shipped from Japan. They were very quick to respond to my quote request and shipped as soon as I made PayPal payment. Great company to deal with considering they are in another country half way across the world.
