| Battle Grounds Championship Status TCS Crawlers BGC Drivers, I really do not want to write this, but I need to. As you all know the BGC has been my baby and I have loved running the event. As an event organizer, I love trying to bring drivers a great event and love trying to mess with you as I build courses (Just ask Rosenthal  ) and I feel that you as drivers are paying me to put on a great show for you. However as some of you know, I really did some damage to my back last year around October and it hasn't been right since. It has gotten better, but not fully. So due to my back pain and it causing me the "IDGAF" attitude at times, I feel that I can not personally give you a great enough event as I could, because I do not want my personal pain to reflect upon this event. So I am here to inform you, that I have passed the torch off to a man that loves this hobby and loves to run events. Aaron (The_Eye) as you all know, has done several big events and wanted to take on the main task of the BGC. So I will be stepping back and letting Aaron take over the reigns. I will still be in the background helping Aaron and passing on my knowledge to him. The event will still be a 3 day event at Oakes Park and nothing else should be changing..I just wanted to post up and update everyone on this event and look forward to seeing everyone again at Oakes Park in May. TC, I know how you feel with your back. Hang in there, things will get better. I'm glad I made it to your event last year. At least that event had people show up... Unlike the first one I came to.  Take care of yourself. John |
