I want to politely ask for a judgment to you experts about the overall quality of the materials of the mad force cruiser (kyosho).

I'm going to buy it, but in our forums in Italian advise me stipulate that the materials with which it is built are of poor quality, making it very fragile it?

Rationalization... I have the Zmaxx chassis being built and sticking to my guns about the # of trucks I have, I didn't need 2 TXTs so I passed the Pounder along...Been looking at the Mad Force for a year now and the price dropped so I grabbed one...Sounds like a good explanation to me :mrgreen: moving on...
When I want to play with a truck and not worry about breaking it...I can take the Mad Force out...Ive seen a few others have picked one up lately too and sum really cool projects have popped up. This truck can take a beating like those IS trucks but I get to have a solid axle lol...Big plans for the future but gonna enjoy it stock for a while..Also gonna take it down to Diggers Dungeon so I can have something else to race lol..next 505 MT season I will race this against those Independent Suspension guys....less talky here are a few pics!

had these spools sitting in the drawer for quite some time. so its time to use them.





dont know if anyone has had this problem but i cant get full tooth contact with a 10t pinion. the bearing bottoms out first.

found some thinner ones at the LHS. i dont feel any back lash any more so hopefully it works.








will be running straight uppers in the rear. once i get the chassis i will figure out if i need to run the spacers or not.

Its been a great truck except for the damn short side front dogbone popping out, Its happened 3 times now over the course of maybe 8 runs, and the last one actually took a big chunk out of my drive cup. I tried searching a bit for my answer but couldn't really find anything specific to this so apologies if its been discussed.

I started looking for CVD options and the most common I've seen are the Ofnas, so I blindly bought a set of the 36052:

Now that I look at it theres no threading for the stock wheelnut lol. So am I going to have to use a set of 17mm adapters and different wheels or is there another option? I actually really like the overall performance of the stock tires and since they are basically new I'd like to keep using them. If not I guess I can just get a new drive cup and save the CVDs for later.
