Started with a ally plate for the main chassis.

This was my old green machine build when I had built if 6-7 byears ago.

It had scx10 running gear under it and Darbs my friend wants me to put wraith running gear under it now.
I started by cutting out the old chassic and sat it over the new wraith axles...."thumbsup"

I needed to line the new wider wraith tranny plate up and mount it. I wanted to get a nice low profile at the same time . So I wipped up some new rails and mounted them to the tranny plat by the original screw holes as we all know make it very easy to service when needed....:)

I then fitted it to the old frame....

Not happy with the rear cage and Darbs had his own ideas off it came from the back main roll bar....."thumbsup"

I then had to move the front shock hoops back about an inch to get the new shock andgle. While I was there I made some mounts to get the battery up the front under the bonnet....

I drilled 2 holes for the power switches to mount in the dash for easy access....

I started the new rear cage work and wanted to get the rear shocks mounted up first to get the ride height correct .

Made some new shock hoops and got the rear angles where Darbs wanted them. He is running the HR 120mm internalspring remote shocks, which look pretty awesome I think ...."thumbsup". This lad loves flex....:ror:

Answer: Unless your truck is under 4 lbs and/or you're a wizard with foams, do not use gold dots.
