I think there is a sign that says no tresspassing. Everytime I drive by I forget to look closer. Maybe today on my way home I will stop to look.

Alright...... there is no sign that states "No Tresspassing". The boat ramp is closed only. Nothing says that anyone can not go in the area. You still can not park down there the entrance is still chained off.

I went by there on my way home from college today. It is chained off, and there were a couple of trucks parked just outside of the chain. The signs say nothing of no trespassing, just that using the boat ramp is not allowed. So...........I think it is okay to use the rocks under the bridge. I got a number that I am going to call tomorrow to see if I can find anything else out.
