we should probably setup the courses like last time. when we get there we'll look at the ditch and form ether a 10 or 20ft strip(1/2 pt. or 1pt. per ft.) then the rock course, mud area,uphill,tug-o-dumptruck,and then obsticale course.
That would work if there is a couple people to help setup but last time i showed up at 8:00AM and even with my dad i was still finishing up at 9:45 so we really got to be moving to get it all setup in time especially since matt might have to leave early and I have to leave around 12:45 as well

sounds like we need to have people assign themselves to specific coarses for setup.
I'll pitch in for the mud pit,
if we could get two people per coarse it shouldn't take long.

Sounds like a good plan but im skeptic of 8 people being there early just for setup I think just a few of us could do it but the ones that are coming for setup should be there no later than 9 am I might even try to bring my stuff for the obstacle course sat night and start to set it up

Yea same spot it will just be longer the only problem i see is if you do it on the night before it might not be as soupy and gooey the next day because it will soak alot of it up in the ground I could be wrong but I would hate to see you do all that work for nothing ya know

what I was planning on doing was marking it and digging it out on Saturday then all I would have to do on Sunday is mix the dirt and water and pour in.
